We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Dining and Beverage Hospitality Expert.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests have an outstanding dining experience.
  • Take food and beverage orders and efficiently run them for our cocktail bar and restaurant.
  • Maintain the high standard of cleanliness and organization in the restaurant and bar area, including setting up and packing down following service periods.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner while upholding our high standards of customer service.
  • Familiarize yourself with health, safety, and security procedures and adhere to them at all times.
  • Present yourself in a well-groomed, professional manner at all times.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • An enthusiasm for working in the hospitality industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Australian working rights and the ability to work across a varied roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
