Position Overview:This role is a temporary parental leave relief position, providing care to individuals and their families facing substance misuse challenges.
As part of the service, you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care, working closely with clients, their families, and carers to develop resilience and improve health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality care to clients and their families
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans

Required Skills and Qualifications:- Current AHPRA Registration or a Social Work degree with eligibility for AASW
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Applicable vaccination requirements
