About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Operations Expert to join our team at Pyramid Global Technologies. As an Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in enhancing user experience and efficiency in our procurement systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and support key procurement systems, including Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, and S/4HANA, to ensure seamless operations and optimal performance.
* Identify opportunities to improve user experience and drive efficiency in procurement systems and processes, and develop initiatives to address these opportunities.
* Develop and maintain training materials to assist business users and suppliers in utilizing our procurement systems effectively.
* Collaborate with the procurement and supply chain teams to design and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
Requirements
* Proven ability to build and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing workloads.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address process inefficiencies.
* Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong Excel skills and experience with data analysis.
* Previous experience with S/4HANA, Ariba, and Fieldglass is highly regarded.
