About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, managing marketing campaigns, and analyzing results to inform future strategies.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to inform future strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a sales and marketing environment.
  • Qualifications: Formal qualification in Marketing.
  • Skills: Excellent computer skills with ability to efficiently use various digital marketing tools and Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Advantageous Skills: Experience with Marketo (Marketing Automation) and CRM programs will be advantageous but not essential.
