We are seeking an exceptional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing and communications strategy across both New Zealand and Australia.The RoleReporting to the CEO and working closely with our COOs, the CMO will:Lead marketing strategy across ~15 brands spanning passenger transport and tourism.Drive digital-first, data-driven marketing excellence to deliver direct online sales growth.Build and mentor high-performing marketing teams across geographies.Elevate brand presence, customer experience, and performance optimisation.As a member of the ANZ Executive Team, help to shape Entrada's growth and expansion strategy.Located in Brisbane with domestic travel and some international travel to Auckland.Key areas of responsibility include:Strategic Leadership & Business PartnershipMarketing Operations and Performance ExcellenceBrand Management & Customer ExperienceCustomer Intelligence & Market ResearchDigital Marketing & TechnologyThis is a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
