Job Opportunity: HSEQ Systems Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated professional to partner with project teams, support frontline construction workers, and maintain systems efficiency.


About the Role

This back-office IT position requires administering HSEQ platforms, maintaining data accuracy, driving reporting, and supporting users across the business.


  • Administer HSEQ platforms including DoneSafe, Power BI, 3DS, and prequalification portals.
  • Provide technical support and system training to internal and external users.
  • Monitor data for consistency and accuracy across platforms.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and insights to support project and compliance outcomes.
  • Manage and control project and safety documentation across systems.
  • Assist with audits, contractor prequalification's, and compliance submissions.
  • Identify system improvements and assist with upgrades and new implementations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience administering digital HSEQ, compliance, or workflow systems, ideally in construction or infrastructure. They will be familiar with platforms such as DoneSafe, 3DS, Rapid Global, Pegasus, Aconex, or similar tools.


  • Experience with digital HSEQ systems.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as DoneSafe, 3DS, Rapid Global, Pegasus, Aconex, or similar tools.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Power BI, Excel, or system dashboards.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on data integrity and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and support a variety of users.
  • Competence in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and document control systems.
  • Certificate or Diploma in WHS, Business Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
