Pharmacist Manager Job Description

This is an opportunity to lead a pharmacy team and deliver high-quality specialist services to customers and patients.

  • Lead pharmacy operations, professional services, and medication supply, catering to the needs of valued patients and customers.
  • Mentor and develop staff skills, guiding them through onboarding and induction processes for new team members.
  • Provide direction for the Pharmacy team while cultivating a positive culture that empowers everyone to excel.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of managing and leading a team in accordance with legislative and medication safety guidelines.
  • High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of dispensing software
  • Previous experience in a community pharmacy setting is highly regarded but not essential
