The Opportunity

We're seeking a passionate and driven Pharmacy Manager to lead our Wendouree team. This is your chance to expand your scope of practice and deliver centralised care in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead dispensary operations and pharmacy services for the Ballarat region
  • Collaborate with clinical leaders and allied health professionals
  • Deliver professional services including UTI prescribing, oral contraceptive resupply, immunisations, and aged care support
  • Align pharmacy services with patient care initiatives and operational goals
  • Champion health promotion campaigns and community engagement

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) and current AHPRA registration
  • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with dispensing software
  • Previous management or community pharmacy experience (desirable but not essential)
  • A proactive, people-first mindset and commitment to quality care
  • Proof of immunisation and a recent national police check

Requirements
