Join Our Team as a Public Sector Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Public Sector Consultant to join our team at Oliver Wyman. As a Public Sector Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping the strategies necessary for our public sector clients to overcome their challenges and revolutionize their businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist government leaders and senior management in defining their business strategies and converting their vision into tangible initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough qualitative and quantitative research, as well as in-depth analysis of business models, strategic processes, and their impact on operations.
  • Aid in client meetings by preparing materials, conducting interviews, and facilitating workshops.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by participating in proposal development.
  • Support business development by contributing to proposal development.
  • Dedicate yourself to the development of the strategy team by fostering innovation in our offerings and organizing team events, training sessions, and recruitment activities.
Requirements:
  • Depending on the role, a minimum of 4-10 years of experience, ideally with a strategy consulting firm or project-based, team-oriented environments.
  • Strong background in strategic problem-solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
  • Public Sector industry knowledge.
  • Outstanding communication skills; confidence in presenting to senior executives.
  • Undergraduate and/or advanced degree from a top academic program.
  • Willingness to travel.
