Key Position Summary

Motivated candidates are invited to apply for a senior-level role as an Institutional Investor Representative. The selected professional will be responsible for capital formation and business development of institutional investors.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the public and private credit markets, with a strong ability to present Marathon's investment strategies, fund offerings, and managed accounts.

Closely collaborating with senior investment professionals and receiving support from the dedicated marketing team will be essential aspects of this role.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Capital Formation and Business Development of Institutional Investors
  • Presenting to Institutional Investment Committees for capital formation
  • Actively tracking activities, client dialogue/pipeline, and maintaining contact information in CRM systems

To be successful in this position, the candidate must have 5+ years' experience as a lead representative covering institutional investors, deep knowledge of public and private credit markets, exceptional relationship-building skills, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
