Extrusion Operator Position

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to operate monolayer PE film extrusion lines and small injection moulding machines in our Melbourne, Australia facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving comprehensive training on business safety and quality standards as well as specific training on the operation of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating monolayer PE film extrusion lines and small injection moulding machinery with minimal supervision
  • Providing high-quality products and maintaining a clean working environment
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve production targets
  • Maintaining accurate records of production and quality control processes
Requirements:
  • Proven experience running PE Film Extrusion lines, preferably mono layer, and/or injection molding machinery
  • Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Current Forklift Licence (desirable)
  • High attention to detail and ability to identify potential problems
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible attitude with the ability to work across different shift times when required
