Our Client, based in Mentone, is seeking **Blown Film Machine Operators - Plastic Extrusion Production Workers **to commence employment DAY AND AFTERNOON SHIFT / NS OPTIONAL
- **DAY SHIFT (7AM - 3PM )**:

- **AFTERNOON (3PM - 11PM )**:

- **NIGHT SHIFT (11PM - 7AM) **- (Note : Training for afternoon staff will commence during dayshift hours (7am - 3pm) for 1 week before afternoon commencement)

**PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN THE PLASTIC MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY IS COMPLUSORY -** Your basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail is also required for the **long term position**

Some training for the right applicant will be provided _._
- All applicants MUST _**have full time work**_ _rights and availability, *_
- Own reliable transport and relevant/ recent experience in Machine Operating HIGHLY REGARDED.*_
- **BLOWN FILM EXPERIENCE HIGHLY REGARDED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL**_

**DUTIES INCLUDE**:

- Preparation of plastic product prior to processing activity
- General Labouring and heavy lifting of rolls of plastic (approximately 10 kgs +)
- Repetitive and fast paced work environment in a busy and high pressured environment (e.g. sleeving plastic rolls, packing, sorting and preparation for dispatch)
- Use of basic hand tools - Your mechanical aptitude and assembly experience is a great advantage
- Machine Operation (previous and recent machine operating experience essential - some basic training provided for the right applicant)

**PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN THE PLASTIC MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY WILL BE HIGHLY REGARDED OR MACHINE OPERATING**

**Salary**: $29.00 - $38.50 per hour

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mentone, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
