Opportunity Overview

We are seeking experienced waitstaff to join our team at Batard. As a member of our team, you will be part of a dedicated group of professionals committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests in a premium dining environment
  • Maintain immaculate presentation and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Exceed guest expectations through demonstrated experience and adaptability
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed
  • Develop a strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude
  • Build a genuine interest in the day-to-day operations and contribute to a positive team culture
  • Ensure excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Be available to work a rotating roster, including opening and closing shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Hold a valid RSA certificate
