About Saké Restaurant & Bar

We are seeking a skilled Casual Waiter to join our team at Saké Restaurant & Bar Hammer Hall. As a Casual Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage tables efficiently, ensuring prompt service and minimizing wait times.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Section Waiter in a premium/hatted setting.
  • Proven ability to deliver a premium guest experience and consistent sequence of service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and presentation.
  • Availability for minimum 20 hours per week, including Friday and Saturday dinner services.
  • Holds a NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
