Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize immigration-related documents and records with precision and attention to detail.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of immigration applications and submissions, including visas, nominations, skills assessments, and VEVO checks.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to assist with reporting and analytics, as well as workflow management, including case set up and allocation, and reporting on internal metrics.
  • Deliver exceptional client service through new client onboarding, including risk management and contracting.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of administration experience in a professional/corporate services environment is essential.
  • Superior customer service and time management skills are required, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Intermediate/Advanced level proficiency in Word and Excel is necessary for success in this role.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills are required, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
