As the In Work Support Coach, you will be responsible for providing support, guidance, and administration to our clients as they navigate the In Work Support phase. This includes liaising with employers, clients, and team members to assist clients in maintaining their employment, as well as promoting collaboration between internal stakeholders on decisions and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain internal and external stakeholder relations
- Assist with management of claims
- Escalate risks or concerns through appropriate channels; and
- Ensure full compliance with Employment Services Contract by passing internal and external audits, as well as compliance with internal policies and procedures.
