We are seeking a skilled and dedicated healthcare professional to join our Satellite Dialysis Team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in accordance with NSW Health policies and procedures.
This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about delivering quality care to patients requiring haemodialysis and haemodiafiltration in an outpatient setting.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated clinical experience in patient assessment and planning care for the dialysis patient, as well as knowledge in the assessment techniques utilised when performing vascular access surveillance.
The Satellite Dialysis Unit provides a supportive and dynamic work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with NSW Health policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a safe working environment.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individual/s and the greater health care team.
- Demonstrated clinical experience in patient assessment and planning care for the dialysis patient with experience in haemodialysis and cannulation.
- Knowledge in the assessment techniques utilised when performing vascular access surveillance.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
