Peritoneal Dialysis Assistant Job Opportunity

This role presents an exciting chance for a skilled Assistant in Nursing to make a positive impact in the lives of patients requiring peritoneal dialysis treatment.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional with extensive experience in the field, who is willing to take on new challenges and contribute to the well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist patients with administering peritoneal dialysis treatment, providing individualized care and support.
  • To work closely with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of patient care services.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to maintain accurate clinical and assessment data. Additionally, they should have current First Aid and Basic Life Support certification, as well as an updated vaccination/immunisation record.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience as an Assistant in Nursing or related role.
  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and Criminal Record Check clearance certificates.
  • Up-to-date first aid and basic life support certifications.
  • Demonstrated competency in written and verbal communication, with the ability to maintain accurate clinical and assessment data.
