Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Tarocash. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement
- Monitor and control store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Passion for menswear and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred
