Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly capable leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager at our DFO South Wharf store. As a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational running of the store, reporting to the store manager and ensuring the commercial success of the store.
About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager is a key position in our store, responsible for driving sales and profitability, inspiring a high-performing team, and providing an unforgettable Pandora in-store experience. You will be trained thoroughly in our hand-crafted luxury product to become a Pandora product expert and will nurture and develop the store team to unlock their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and coach the in-store team to achieve store targets and provide exemplary customer service
- Manage retail operations, including stock control, store procedures, and team rotas
- Be responsible for the successful running and trading of the store in the absence of the store manager
- Develop and maintain a strong retail floor presence and influence the sales space
- Nurture and develop the store team to unlock their full potential and support their development
Requirements
- Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store
- A passion for driving a culture of exemplary customer service
- Strong communication skills to establish and coach a high-performing team
- The ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs
- A positive, can-do attitude with a contagious enthusiasm for Pandora product and core values
- A well-presented appearance with a taste for desirable products and a passion for retail
