Job Title: Project Coordinator

Are you a motivated and organized individual looking for a challenging opportunity to support a project aimed at increasing the uptake of Zero Emission Vehicles?

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Project and Contract Manager in delivering zero emission vehicle charging infrastructure across several metropolitan and regional Victorian buildings.
- Plan and coordinate the sequence of projects or activities to enable effective implementation, manage projects and ensure delivery of key milestones, reporting, monitoring, and resolution of issues.
- Proactively identify and develop scope issues as required to deliver projects on time and on budget, obtain approvals as required for scope, resources, and cost variations.

Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, cooperating and working well with others to provide high quality work under pressure and to short deadlines
- Successful experience in supporting the development and delivery management of projects
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships with managers, colleagues and stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to prepare high quality correspondence, reports, and briefs

Benefits:
- VPS4 salary $90,067 - $102,192 plus superannuation
- 12-month Fixed Term, Full Time opportunity
