Mobile Equipment Maintenance Specialist

Job Overview
TOMRA is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, servicing and repairing TOMRA's reverse vending machine installations and bulk processing equipment in Tasmania.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain maximum machine uptime and customer satisfaction by performing regular maintenance and repairs on installed equipment
- Report service assignments and faults in a timely manner
- Install new kiosks and bulk processing equipment at designated sites
- Provide excellent customer service to partners and members of the public
- Analyze areas of improvement and report to the local service team
- Clean equipment regularly
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Electrical or electronic trade certificate (III) or disconnect-reconnect certificate or appliance/mechanical trade background or comparable experience with electrical/mechanical equipment
- Previous experience with operating systems, installing software, networking, and mobile telecommunications
- Strong diagnostic and analytical capabilities, especially in relation to mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment
- Experience in troubleshooting electronic equipment and replacing circuit boards, sensors, and other electronic components
- Unrestricted driver's license and willingness to submit a full driving history record
- Able to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends
