We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Personal Care Worker to join our team of home care assistants. As a Personal Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Assisting clients with meal preparation and serving.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Driving clients to appointments and social activities.
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients' health or wellbeing.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 1 year experience working in community nursing or home care assistance.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
- A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
