Nursery Team Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Nursery Team Lead to oversee daily operations at our nursery.
The successful candidate will work closely with our team members to maintain top-quality plants that meet customer needs.
About the Role:
- Support team members by performing tasks as directed
- Evaluate, develop, and implement strategies for maintaining plant quality
- Develop and deliver training sessions to team members
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming environment for all
- Adhere to OH&S guidelines and promote safe practices
Key Responsibilities:
Sustain high standards of plant care and quality control
Assist in developing and implementing programs for employee development
Deliver workshops and training sessions to enhance staff skills
Support customers by providing exceptional service
Maintain a safe working environment through adherence to OH&S guidelines
