Job Opportunity: Special Care Nursery Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Special Care Nursery team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care to neonates, ensuring that care aligns with our philosophy, mission, and values.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering evidence-based, safe, and effective care to neonates, ensuring all actions are within their professional scope and adhere to established clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, compassionate, and family-centred care to neonatal patients
  • Deliver evidence-based, safe, and effective care to neonates
  • Uphold the policies and procedures of our organization, ensuring exceptional patient care and fostering a safe, collaborative, and dynamic workplace
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse and/or Midwife
  • A Graduate Certificate in Neonatal Nursing
  • Experience in a Level 3 Special Care Nursery or above
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment
