Our 60 apartments are nestled amongst 6 acres of beautifully manicured gardens, offering comfortable oceanside villas and down-to-earth service to freedom-loving folks who crave relaxation.

Escape your daily grind and spend time on the Sunshine Coast with its magnificent views. We enable every guest to slow down, create genuine connections, and build fond memories of their time in Coolum. Our team is caring and passionate about our business and customers, receiving visitors with a warm welcome and going above and beyond to make a difference.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be able to work flexibly, including weekends.
  • Already live on the Sunshine Coast.
  • Be fit for a physically demanding role requiring good attention to detail.
  • Be very organised but flexible to suit changes within a day.
  • Have previous experience gained in a resort environment, although not essential.
  • Maintain a positive approach to life and possess a 'can do' attitude.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for laundry and linen preparation, handling, and movement.
  • Undertake small maintenance jobs that require a handy individual.
  • Occasionally assist with housekeeping shifts.
  • Manage two swimming pools.
  • Perform various other tasks as requested from time to time.
