Observability Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Observability Expert to join our team. This role will involve developing and executing strategies to drive growth and adoption of our Observability Solutions in the Australian market.

  • Develop and execute sales plans for customers to increase the mix of products and capabilities related to Observability.
  • Provide expertise and guidance around the Observability portfolio of solutions, driving sales opportunities and expanding customer relationships.
  • Explore the full spectrum of relationships and business possibilities across the client's entire organization chart.
  • Expand relationships and orchestrate complex deals across diverse business stakeholders.
  • Identify and open new opportunities through effective utilization of channels and resources.
  • Collaborate with account teams and Global Strategists to develop competitive positioning tactics.
  • Provide timely and insightful input to corporate functions, informing management on GTM progress and competitor activity.
  • Forecast and gather intelligence on competitor activity, providing feedback to marketing teams.
  • Track customer activity in internal systems to execute sales strategy and identify additional opportunities.
  • Advise leadership on GTM account/execution progress, competitive trends, and partner ecosystem developments.
  • Understand and help identify the Observability competitive landscape within accounts.
  • Provide product training as necessary.
