About This Role

Travel + Leisure Co. is the world's leading vacation ownership and travel membership company, with a dynamic and growing portfolio of resort, travel club, and lifestyle travel brands.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Host. In this role, you will be at the forefront of creating memorable experiences for our guests, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Generating sales appointments for our sales centers located at our amazing resort
  • Establishing commonality and building rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered
  • Working closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check-in process
  • Clearly articulating the benefits of traveling within the Wyndham Destinations community
  • Meeting targets and KPIs as set by the business
What We're Looking For
  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Previous experience with a PMS system (Opera) advantageous
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays
  • Driver's license needed
  • RSA needed
