Job Description

This is a comprehensive program designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge required to excel as store leaders in our retail network.

The role involves working under the guidance of an experienced store leadership team to gain hands-on experience and develop practical skills necessary for success in this position.

The program combines theoretical, practical, and on-the-job training to ensure participants have the necessary tools to begin a successful management career with us.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through a supportive and developmentally focused environment in our stores.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to lead the store team and deliver on performance objectives related to sales, people, audit & compliance, visual merchandising, wages, and safety.
  • Ensure operational tasks and expectations set for your team are executed to standards.
  • Support the leadership team with team member performance and ensure our stores are open and ready for customers.
  • Manage wages in collaboration with your store leadership to achieve profitability, operational efficiencies, and excellent customer experiences.
  • Demonstrate effective leadership by providing feedback, support, and training to all store team members.
