Senior Product Development Lead

This is a mid-senior level product management role responsible for leading the development of new products and features that accelerate growth and adoption in the on-chain ecosystem.

  • Collaborate with developers to identify opportunities where Circle can accelerate USDC usage and adoption.
  • Translate developer and ecosystem insights into actionable product initiatives.
  • Conduct data analysis to uncover emerging use cases, trends, and high-potential dApps.
  • Stay at the forefront of blockchain technologies, contributing to advancements like zK proofs, intents, chain abstraction, and EIPs.
  • Define and continuously refine the developer and end-user experience for stablecoin applications.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of product management experience, owning strategy for complex commercial products. They will also have 2+ years of experience building in crypto, with a strong grasp of blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
