About the Role
We are seeking a caring and personable Registered Nurse to join our team on a permanent basis for our comprehensive and modern Radiology practices located within the Albury Region. This role involves providing care for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional radiological procedures, managing the drugs and poisons process under medical direction, and working collaboratively with Administration, Clinical, and Medical teams to coordinate patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre, peri, and post-examination care for patients undergoing General X-ray, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and Ultrasound examinations and interventional procedures
- Manage the drugs and poisons process (under medical direction)
- Work collaboratively with Administration, Clinical, and Medical teams to coordinate patient care
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Full AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- ALS or BLS qualifications
- Interpersonal skills to show patients care, compassion, and empathy
- Time management skills to prioritise tasks
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Computer system and process skills
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
