We are looking for a talented Clinical Applications Consultant to support our customers, salespeople, and field service personnel in their use of our instruments.

Your Key Responsibilities

">
  • Provide technical support and education to customers on the operation and maintenance of our instruments.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with the Field Service Department to ensure that customers receive timely and effective support.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and developments in the clinical diagnostics industry.

What We Are Looking For

">
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A strong background in clinical diagnostics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and passport.
