About the Role
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically fit Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team at Hilton Hotels.
- As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms, replenishing amenities, and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms and bathrooms according to established standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and other amenities.
- Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, drinking glasses, and minibar items.
- Vacuum carpets, dust and polish furniture, and remove trash.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Comply with all systems and procedures as laid down by the Housekeeping Manager.
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
- Answer guest requests and assist where possible.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety procedures within the hotel.
- Follow hotel security guidelines and safety procedures.
- Comply with all company policies.
What We're Looking For
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical condition and stamina.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
