Job Title: Chris21 Expert

We are seeking a seasoned expert in Chris21 to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have healthcare experience and strong exposure to the E2E Payroll process from a back-end technical perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the in-house expert for Chris21, focusing on system configuration and integration.
  • Assist colleagues with the configuration, implementation, and administration of our Time & Attendance (Dimensions), HRIS (Workday), and Finance (JDE) systems, including necessary integrations.
  • Create a schedule to monitor, review, and plan for Chris21 feature releases, while assessing their impact on related systems (e.g., Dimensions, Workday) in collaboration with P&C, Payroll, and IT.
  • Lead, plan, and facilitate user training and support for adoption.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Chris21 application administration.
  • Experience in system configuration and integration.
  • The maturity to handle highly confidential information and data with sensitivity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation, influencing, and negotiation abilities, adaptable to various stakeholders and contexts.
  • Capability to plan, prioritise, and deliver effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Excel to create reports and analyse data is essential.
  • A proven track record of success in a medium to large-sized organisation.
