Key Role: Visual Merchandise Manager

We are seeking a skilled leader to join our team as a Visual Merchandise Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the national strategy for visual merchandising, including the in-store execution of marketing and special events.

About the Role:

  • Deliver the national strategy for Visual Merchandise, including the in-store execution of marketing and special events
  • Develop Visual Merchandise in-store plans in conjunction with the national VM team for merchandise presentations, brand placement and local events
  • Regularly communicate with key stakeholders in-store to build collaboration and engagement
  • Lead by example, coach and develop your VM team

About You:

  • Solid background within Visual Merchandise and implementation of creative direction
  • VM qualifications highly regarded
  • Demonstrated ability to work innovatively and collaboratively
  • Cross-functional leadership experience with coaching and performance management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and people management skills
  • Proven time management skills and the ability to multitask
