**Visionary Creative Leader Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled creative leader to lead our small but dynamic team and take their work to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have strong ideation skills, shaping innovative and effective creative outputs, and be able to thrive in a flexible, collaborative culture without needing micromanagement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and inspire a creative team including art directors and external partners.
  • Collaborate across accounts, media, and digital to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns.
  • Bring strong leadership and team management skills to mentor and develop younger team members.
  • Contribute to business development by leveraging networks or proactively generating opportunities.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven agency experience and a portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Able to thrive in a flexible, collaborative culture without needing micromanagement.
  • Business development mindset – well-connected or able to hustle.
