Inspiring Young Minds: Early Childhood Educator Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and imaginative Early Childhood Educator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe supportive space where children thrive, while being involved in all compliance-based tasks such as safety checks, communicating with families, and recording children's progress, routines, and interests.
We educate children through play, using each opportunity to extend their skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement engaging child-centered programs that promote learning and development
- Establish and maintain relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive environment
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure quality education and care
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, routines, and interests
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Experience in engaging with children through imaginative play
- Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current & Valid Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
