About Our Early Childhood Teacher Opportunity

At Harmony, we believe every child is a unique learner with the capacity to grow and thrive. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating engaging learning programs that foster this growth.

This position is based at our Bahrs Scrub centre, which offers care for 125 children from birth to five years old in a natural, spacious playscape. The centre is conveniently located near public transport, schools, and major shopping centres.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher who can lead our early childhood program. You will be responsible for designing and implementing educational activities that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in our children.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging early childhood programs that meet the needs of our children
  • Build strong relationships with families and colleagues to create a supportive team culture
  • Establish a safe and inspiring learning environment that promotes children's sense of belonging and well-being
  • Embed the principles of early childhood education into all aspects of your work

Requirements:
