Job Overview:The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the hiring lifecycle, supporting the talent acquisition team and ensuring smooth execution of recruitment processes and candidate engagement. This role is essential in maintaining momentum across sourcing, scheduling, and onboarding activities, while also supporting hiring managers and candidates through each stage of the recruitment journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Supports posting open roles on Workday and external job boards as requested.
- Makes initial phone screenings and schedules interviews.
- Assists with developing and supporting diversity recruiting efforts.
- Manages candidate onboarding, including contract execution, background checks, and creating employee profiles in Workday.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
- Minimum two years related work experience, preferably within HR or Recruitment.
- Previous experience with Workday would be advantageous.
