Product Visionary

This role involves defining and owning the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns to customer needs and business objectives. The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities- Define and own the product roadmap, guaranteeing alignment with customer needs and business goals
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conception to delivery and iteration, in a dynamic Agile environment
- Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to gather insights and align on priorities
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring it remains refined and ready for development at all times
- Work closely with developers, QA, and other team members to deliver key initiatives
- Monitor and report on key success metrics for product releases and feature adoption
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Product Owner in tech-driven environments
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Previous experience working on complex, customer-focused digital products with multiple flows and integrations
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills – essential for interacting with developers, senior executives, and other key stakeholders
