Senior Advisor - Unit Manager

As a Senior Advisor - Unit Manager, you have the opportunity to lead impactful reviews of aircraft noise management practices and procedures. This role involves working with key agencies to promote best practice and high standards in aircraft noise management.

The position requires sound independent judgment and a high level of engagement with stakeholders outside the ANO, including regular direct contact with communities affected by aircraft noise.

You will be responsible for managing the office and two staff members, as well as liaising with Airservices' support staff to ensure effective operation of the office.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant experience and skills in complaints handling or investigating complaints, or ability to quickly attain these skills
  • Experience managing change processes and supporting teams through periods of change
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able to exercise sound judgment and objective balance
  • Oversee manage review work of staff providing effective leadership feedback coaching and support
  • Analyse strategically
