Job Title:
Business Finance Partner - Commercial

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to partner with our Wine Merchandise team in driving business performance goals. As the Business Finance Partner - Commercial, you will be responsible for owning and managing weekly and monthly performance reporting insights, providing detailed analysis and recommendations on category pricing and supplier contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage weekly and monthly performance reporting insights.
  • Provide detailed analysis and recommendations on category pricing and supplier contracts.
  • Proactively communicate commercial impacts amongst stakeholders.
  • Initiate and lead initiatives to improve visibility and accountability of category Sales and Profit performance.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 8 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting. You should also possess advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to navigate complex organisational structures, and strong presentation and storyboarding skills.
