- ASSIST WITH DAY-TO-DAY RUNNING OF CENTRE RENT COLLECTIONS
- COMPLETE MONTHLY RENT ROLL PROCESS AND ISSUE TENANT INVOICES
- RAISE MONTHLY CHARGES
- PROCESS WORKFLOWS
- PERFORM ACCOUNT RECONCILIATIONS
- START OF DAY/END OF DAY PROCEDURE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK
- RECONCILE AND BANK GIFT CARD TAKINGS
- COMPLETE PETTY CASH RECONCILIATIONS
- PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN RETAIL SHOPPING CENTRE ENVIRONMENT OR SIMILAR
- GOOD WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF HOW TO MANAGE AND COLLECT RENT FROM TENANTS
- COMPETENT LEVEL OF COMPUTER PROFICIENCY WITH EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK AND POWERPOINT
- TERTIARY QUALIFICATIONS IN FINANCE OR ADMINISTRATION
- STRONG WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- STRONG NUMERACY SKILLS AND ABILITY TO INTERPRET BUDGETS
