Culinary Expert Sought
This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a Commis Chef role within our dynamic kitchen brigade. As part of the team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality food items that meet exacting standards while working efficiently under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of our entire menu, including all base products and ingredients used. This includes preparing food for presentation, adhering to menu requirements and kitchen standards (SOP's).

Your key responsibilities will include mentoring and developing Cooks and Apprentices within the team. You will also perform complex cooking duties and produce dishes/recipes from a combination of ingredients without supervision, while assisting with mise en place across all sections.

Key skills required include:

  • High volume culinary experience.
  • A 'can-do' attitude.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
  • Trade certificate in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification).
