Academy Leadership Opportunity

The Team Leader plays a crucial role in the success of our initiatives, collaborating closely with Program Leads to deliver exceptional programs and support students in achieving their goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering educational programs in schools, encompassing program planning and implementation;
- Designing, organizing, and implementing program content, materials, and resources;
- Leading a team to deliver and report on the program at their school site;
- Supporting the professional growth and development of colleagues;
- Facilitating community activities and fostering partnerships with local organizations;
- Leading the evaluation and impact measurement for program outcomes;
- Maintaining relationships with stakeholders, staff, and management;
- Working collaboratively with community support staff to ensure a holistic approach.
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to work effectively with diverse groups, and demonstrate a strong understanding of community dynamics.
