We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to various business units.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage monthly financial closures, ensuring timely reporting and accuracy.
  • Analyze financial results to identify trends, explain variances, and assess operational influences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with management teams, presenting financial findings and actionable insights.
  • Prepare detailed reports highlighting key performance metrics and cost behaviors.
  • Oversee cost accounting activities, including product costing data and inventory assessments.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting efforts by delivering precise analysis and meaningful commentary.
  • Contribute to audit preparations and respond to internal and external audit inquiries.
  • Provide financial guidance and training to stakeholders as required.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Accounting or Finance with CA/CPA qualification.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in an accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing business.
  • Proficiency in using large ERP systems like SAP or Oracle Netsuite.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Commercial acumen, combined with solid analytical abilities.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
