We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Speech Pathologist to join our team in Port Macquarie.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a patient-oriented approach. As a Speech Pathologist with our team, you will provide best practice care to clients of all ages in their homes and in the community.
You will be responsible for servicing and supporting needs in the community for clients aged 0-65 years. This will involve working with a broad range of clientele where they live, work, learn, and play, including their homes, workplaces, schools, and the broader community.
A flexible schedule will be available to suit your needs and priorities. You will also have the support of an experienced team and access to excellent professional development resources to strengthen your clinical skills.
We offer a competitive salary package, which includes $80K - $130K plus superannuation and bonuses, depending on experience. We also offer career progression opportunities, flexible working hours, and a great team culture.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Provide high-quality speech pathology services to clients in their homes, workplaces, schools, and the broader community.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to meet the needs of clients.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and progress.
**Requirements:*
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
- Registration with the Speech Pathology Association (SPA).
- Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Patient-oriented approach and ability to work effectively with clients and families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current driver's license and own vehicle.
