
Care Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Care Team Lead to join our dynamic and compassionate team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective delivery of care and clinical services to our residents.
In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of care staff, whilst working closely with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality resident care. Your strong leadership skills, combined with your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with residents and colleagues, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
As a Care Team Lead, you will have a significant impact on the lives of our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, as well as contribute to the ongoing improvement of our care services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of care staff to ensure effective delivery of care services
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to residents
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to identify resident needs and develop personalized care plans
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with organizational and legislative requirements
- AHPRA registration is required
- Experience in conducting clinical assessments and developing care plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance
