- Guide clients through their journey, including explaining options, eligibility criteria, and available resources.
- Maintain high standards of telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills, delivering respectful caller engagement and fostering a sense of connection.
- Meet key performance indicators and operational requirements, contributing to the team's overall success.
- Collaborate with other teams as needed to ensure seamless operations and meet operational needs.
