About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Procurement and Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain management team, you will be responsible for assisting with the procurement of goods, services, and equipment essential for our client operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Evaluate and select reliable suppliers, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Assist with the drafting and negotiating of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather specifications and delivery schedules, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Generate and process requisitions/purchase orders efficiently, analyzing procurement data for cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve supply chain management goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in procurement and logistics, with a strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
  • Solid negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail, with the ability to analyze procurement data and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Knowledge of contract terms and negotiation, with the ability to draft and negotiate contracts.
  • Familiarity with procurement software, with experience in SAP a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
